Employee Engagement Committee

December 18, 2018
Cultural Connections

The Employee Engagement Steering Committee was established after the agency-wide employee engagement survey was conducted in 2016.

Through the feedback we received from staff, the committee has developed the employee survey action plan and has been actively working on objectives focused on strengthening and streamlining agency communication and fostering a sense of belonging.  Some of these initiatives include the launch of the new intranet, development of an agency newsletter and new staff attending other programs as part of delegation training. There are still other exciting developments in the works, so stay tuned for upcoming events!
