Using easy yoga movements, Shyama-Priya will introduce the drumbeat and show how to do the basic intertribal steps in powwow dance styles. Relaxation and meditation help us develop awareness and peace in our body, mind, and spirit. Shyama-Priya teaches pow wow dance in her community, holds workshops, and performs with other talented dancers at events and festivals.
