Losing a significant other to suicide is most often challenging and isolating. Creating new connections and finding oneself within a community of others who may understand your grieving process can be essential. In this online gathering may you find a safe space to share.
This Gathering for Connecting & Learning for Suicide Loss Survivors online session will promote the connections to a supportive community of survivors.
This 90 min (free) online get together will include:

Who is it for?
This is open to all survivors of suicide loss (18 & older).
Can’t attend live?
We understand that life is busy and sometimes unpredictable, still due to the nature of this event, it will not be recorded.
Facilitators
This session is facilitated by Jessica Wolf Ortiz, RCC and Lu Ripley. Jessica is the current Bereavement Coordinator at the Crisis Centre of B.C., registered Clinical Counsellor and author of Overcoming Suicide Grief. The stories of those who stay. Lu Ripley is the Director of Community Learning and Engagement program at the Crisis Centre of B.C. who brings a life promotion and whole community perspective to suicide prevention.
