DigitalWORKS by ETHOS Career Management Group is a FREE program for youth aged 17-29 that want to sharpen their digital skills, get help creating and polishing their resumes and cover letters, finetuning their online presence and interview skills. This also helps with career exploration, communication and can provide short-term training, job starts and transportation help. Participants are paid a daily stipend for attendance and are supported after the program through continued one on one work from the job developers and employment counsellor.
